Returns & Exchanges

- While every effort is made to represent colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to differences in individual monitor settings, flash used in photographing, and photo enlargement.
- All item are final sale, with no return, or exchange. If You are not Satisfied with Our Goods, Please Feel Free to Contact Us and We will Provide You with the Best Solution.

We do not offer the possibility for any returns, exchanges, or order cancellations with the exception of the manufacturer's defect. To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a manufacturer's defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for any other reason.

Cancellation of any orders for any reason other than a materials manufacturing defect or shipping error may result in a suspension of your account. 

To initiate your return, we require email notification within 7 days of receiving your order. The email must include:

• Your order number
• Item description (e.g. SKU, color, etc.) with photo
• Reason for return

In regards to material’s manufacturer defects exchanges are dependent upon item availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ifngems@gmail.com.If an item is sold out, we cannot offer exchanges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit.
