Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long does it take to create?
All our handmade products are handmade to order and will be created by our small talented team. Each product can take up to 2-4 weeks to be completed. Once you place an order, we will start making it.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time for orders is 2-5 working days after dispatch(2-4 weeks) for international orders.
I would like to return/exchange my order?
We will only accept a return or exchange if an item is in a material defective condition, or if the stock information was not accurate. If is the material defective condition, we will refund back the money to our store credit. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges under any other circumstances. Thank you for understanding.
How to take care of my piece?
Following are the cleaning steps for gemstone bracelets:
- First, clean your bracelet with warm water. Do not use detergent.
- If there is any discoloration or build upon the beads of your bracelet, then clean it with a soft cloth before using warm water on it.
- To clean the beaded bracelets, scrub them gently with a soft cloth and dry them softly with a dry cloth.
- In the end, polish the metal-plated beads with a clean, soft cloth
